Difficulty: Medium, one long hill to climb through Swan View, Greenmount, John Forrest National Park and Parkerville

Meeting location: Glen Forrest, corner of Hardey Road and Railway Parade, Glen Forrest (there is a parking area where the Heritage Trail crosses Hardey Road).

We will ride the full length of the Heritage Trail from Glen Forrest down to Darlington, Boya and Bellevue, travel through Swan View and Greenmount to John Forrest, Parkerville, Stoneville, Mount Helena, Sawyers Valley, across Great Eastern Hwy to Mundaring, Mahogany Creek and back to Glen Forrest.

The morning tea will be at the Glen Forrest Gourmet Cafe on Railway Parade, Glen Forrest.
